Founded by Alexandra Elliott, a former global lead at one of the world's most iconic automotive brands, Alkemi exists to bring practitioner-grade strategy to organisations navigating the transition to software defined vehicles, connected services, and experience-led business models.
We are deliberately small. We work with a select number of clients, typically C-suite executives and their direct leadership teams and we operate with complete discretion.
Why Alkemi exists
The software defined vehicle transition is reordering the automotive landscape. Every major OEM is rearchitecting its product development process, its revenue model, and its relationship with customers. Yet most advisory firms approaching this space bring technology-first thinking — strong on architecture, weak on the brand and experience implications that ultimately determine customer loyalty and commercial return.
Alkemi was founded to close that gap. Our specialism sits at the intersection of SDV strategy, connected automotive services, and brand experience — the territory most consultancies still treat as a secondary consideration.
We also recognise that transformation programmes succeed or fail on the quality of the humans leading them. That is why our Growth Workshop programme extends Alkemi's methodology to individual leaders — applying the same rigorous, structural thinking to the person behind the strategy as to the strategy itself.
